Honey Mustard Glazed Vegatable Kabobs
Perfect for a summer cookout, these glazed kabobs are seasoned with fresh extra-virgin olive oil and evenly coated using the Olivia Kitchen Sprayer, then drizzled with a honey mustard glaze that simply soaks in.

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 grilling skewers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 2 lbs cremini mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
- 4 sprays Olivia Kitchen Sprayer olive oil
- 2 sprays Olivia Kitchen Sprayer white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp sea salt
Directions
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 2 hours before assembling.
- Slice peppers into 1-inch squares. Slice zucchini into 1-inch rounds, then quarter. Quarter onion and separate layers.
- Thread peppers, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms onto skewers.
- Spray each kabob with one long spray. Let oil soak in 1 minute, turn kabobs, spray again.
- Brush grill clean and spray grates with Olivia Kitchen Sprayer. Preheat to high heat.
- Place kabobs on grill. Turn heat to medium and grill 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Spray each kabob again, turn oiled side down. Grill another 5-7 minutes.
- While grilling, whisk honey and mustard in a bowl. Spray in oil and vinegar, stir in salt.
- Transfer kabobs to serving platter, drizzle with glaze and serve immediately.
