Olive oil stays fresh in the black and green bottles for 8 to 12 weeks. The dark glass protects the oil from light exposure, which is the main cause of oxidation. For vinegar, water-based liquids, or products that don't oxidize, the clear bottle is the perfect choice. If you do use the clear bottle for oil, store it in a dark cupboard away from direct light to preserve freshness.

The glass bottle is dishwasher safe. For the pump head, we recommend hand washing to keep the Flairosol™ nozzle performing at its best for years to come. Fill the bottle halfway with warm water, pump 5 times to flush through the spray mechanism, then rinse the outside of the pump head under warm water. That is all it needs.
