Fresh summer vegetables with a honey mustard dressing made directly in the jar. A few sprays of your Olivia Kitchen Sprayer into the dressing creates a perfectly emulsified vinaigrette every time.

Ingredients

  • ½ head red leaf lettuce

  • 1 cup arugula or mixed greens

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 2 radishes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 slices red onion

  • 1 tbsp creamy Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp fresh cracked black pepper

  • 8 sprays Olivia Kitchen Sprayer EVOO

  • 5 sprays Olivia Kitchen Sprayer wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Wash and tear lettuce into a large bowl.

  2. Chop pepper, slice radishes and cucumber, thinly slice onion. Add to bowl.

  3. In a mason jar, combine mustard, honey, salt and pepper.

  4. Spray in the oil and vinegar. Shake well to combine.

  5. Drizzle over salad and serve, or serve dressing on the side.
