Simple Garden Salad
Fresh summer vegetables with a honey mustard dressing made directly in the jar. A few sprays of your Olivia Kitchen Sprayer into the dressing creates a perfectly emulsified vinaigrette every time.

Ingredients
- ½ head red leaf lettuce
- 1 cup arugula or mixed greens
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 radishes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 slices red onion
- 1 tbsp creamy Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 8 sprays Olivia Kitchen Sprayer EVOO
- 5 sprays Olivia Kitchen Sprayer wine vinegar
Directions
- Wash and tear lettuce into a large bowl.
- Chop pepper, slice radishes and cucumber, thinly slice onion. Add to bowl.
- In a mason jar, combine mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
- Spray in the oil and vinegar. Shake well to combine.
- Drizzle over salad and serve, or serve dressing on the side.
