Ingredients

  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 12 sprays Olivia Kitchen Sprayer EVOO
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup chopped basil
  • 1 baguette

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate garlic into cloves, crush with back of knife, remove peel. Halve any large cloves.
  3. Spread garlic and tomatoes on baking sheet. Spray with 4 sprays, toss, spray with 4 more. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Roast 20-22 minutes until tomatoes are jammy and garlic is tender.
  5. Transfer to a bowl using the parchment corners. Add basil and stir.
  6. When ready to serve, preheat oven to 400°F. Slice baguette into ½ inch slices.
  7. Spray bread with 4 sprays of oil. Toast 5-7 minutes until golden.
  8. Top toasts with bruschetta and serve.
